Laura Stark, Rick LaPlante Join ROY-G-BIV Board of Directors
Bingen, WA –

ROY-G-BIV Corporation, a leading provider of machine-to-enterprise integration
solutions, announced the addition of Laura Stark and Rick LaPlante to its Board
of Directors.
Laura Stark is senior vice president of Corporate Development for Rambus, one of
the world’s premier technology and patent licensing companies. A member of the
Rambus executive leadership team, Ms. Stark leads the company’s diversification
and acquisition efforts. Prior to joining Rambus in 1996, Ms. Stark held various
positions with Motorola. Ms. Stark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in
electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Rick LaPlante retired as Director and General Manager of Microsoft’s Visual
Studio Team System, which was designed, incubated and delivered under Mr.
LaPlante's
leadership. Team System annual revenues grew to nearly $500 million by the time
he retired from Microsoft in 2007. Mr. LaPlante attended Gonzaga University
before joining Microsoft in 1998 as a Software Design Engineer, then rising
through the ranks.
